API Support – Tripletex – For Developers

Use this form to request API support for developers, report bugs or give feedback. Response time under normal circumstances is 1-3 business days. We are able to provide consultation via e-mail, Google Meets or in our offices at Skøyen, Oslo. If your request is categorised as a service request where our documentation would be sufficient to solve the issue you may be charged at a rate of 1500 NOK per hour, billed every started 30 minutes. We will confirm this with you beforehand. Feedback, reporting bugs and incidents caused by errors in Tripletex and other questions will not be charged. You can write in either English or Norwegian.
