Getting ready for production
If your request falls under a service category where our documentation alone would suffice to resolve the issue, a fee of 1500 NOK per hour may apply, billed every 30 minutes started. We will confirm potential charges with you beforehand. Feedback, bug reports, and incidents arising from errors in Tripletex, as well as general inquiries, will not incur any charges.
