Getting started

If you are just starting out and looking for information about developing your integration with Tripletex you’ve come to the right place. Here we will cover all the steps you take from the very beginning to publishing your integration on our website. The very first step you should take, however, is to read our terms and conditions, which you can find here.

Sign up for a free test account

You can find a link to our documentation explaining sign up here. The credentials you are given are valid for Swagger and GUI for api.tripletex.io (not production, tripletex.no)

Explore

Once you have your test account it’s time to explore the possibilities in Tripletex. You can find a guide to get started here. Remember that accounts created for the test environment cannot be used in production. See step 3 for testing in production.

Apply for access to the API in production

To apply for access to production you can fill out this form. Usually you will get a response within 2-3 weeks. We have no way to speed up this process for individual applications. The response will be sent to the e-mail address given as technical contact in the form.

In the approval e-mail you will find some basic info, how to reach us as well as your consumer token and application name. In this e-mail you can also find a link to a form where you can apply to have your integration published on Tripletex.no. If you do not get a response within the estimated time, or if you want to change your application name please contact us.

Once you have your consumer token and application name you can request a test account in production if you wish. Contact us to request a test account in production.

Test your integration in production with a pilot

To make sure your integration is solid take your time with testing and make sure as many scenarios as possible have been considered.

Get noticed

Send us a request to publish the integration on our website. You can find the form to do so in the email we sent you when your integration was approved together with your consumer token and application name.

If you also want to have your integration available from the dropdown menu in the “Create token” dialogue within Tripletex, please send us a list of all calls and methods in addition to your application name (given once approved for prod) via our contact form. Once we receive this a template for privileges will be made based on this, and your application will appear in the dropdown.
