Integration Marketplace

  • What is the Tripletex Integration Marketplace?
    • The Integration Marketplace is a platform within Tripletex where approved integrations are featured. It allows customers to browse, search, and activate readily available integrations that meet their business needs.
  • How can I list my integration on the Marketplace?
    • To list your integration, you must first ensure it is functioning correctly with existing customers and gather their feedback. Then, follow the application process to get your integration reviewed and approved by Tripletex.
  • What is the role of a redirect URL in the integration process?
    • The redirect URL is used to send essential data from Tripletex to your integration and direct users to your landing page for setup. It serves as a key component in automatically establishing the sync between Tripletex and your system.
  • What criteria does Tripletex use to approve an integration?
    • Integrations are reviewed based on their functionality, correct use of naming conventions, a working redirect link, a concise description, relevant categories, and satisfaction among existing customers.
  • What should the landing page look like for our integration?
    • While the design is flexible, the landing page should facilitate user onboarding effectively. Keeping it simple and informative ensures a smooth setup process for new users.
  • How can I test my redirect URL?
    • You can test the redirect URL by using the “Preview” function in your Integration partner account. This generates a dummy request to ensure your landing page can capture and process the transmitted data appropriately.
  • Can customers still use the old method to acquire Employee Tokens?
    • Yes, customers can continue using the traditional method to acquire Employee Tokens via “API Access” in Tripletex, using the old consumer token’s application name.

Relevant customer-facing article is available here.

Make sure not to mix different consumer tokens’ application names when asking customers to manually create employee tokens for you.
